Making 2021 Really Count for Yourself

If you are anything like me, you are ready to make 2021 better than last year. While there is so much in flux in the world we can still make a difference in our own lives by setting our intentions, priorities, goals for 2021.

One of the best places to start is to measure your where you are with “Health & Wealth” now and then identify where you want to go.

I’ve dusted off one of my favorite assessments (I like to do this one every year) to look at the 10 Forms of Health & Wealth. I’ve put together a packet for you that includes the descriptions, the chart, and your quick plan of action for each of the 10 topics.

But you can get the idea here. In the packet, you’ll rank yourself on a scale from 1 – 10 and use that to identify areas you’d like to improve.

Here are the 1st 5 of the 10… just to peak your interest. Please download the packet for the other 5 topics and the worksheets for you to set your intentions for the year.

1. SPIRITUAL/INNER SELF
How much time do you give yourself for development of your spiritual life and/or inner reflection? Do you feel connected to others in this way? Is your soul at peace?

2. PHYSICAL HEALTH
What is the state of your physical health? Do you care for yourself with regular exercise (strength, cardio, flexibility), good nutrition, and quality sleep?

3. MINDSET
Are you your own best cheerleader or worst enemy? Do you tend more towards “can do” or “too hard”? Remember, what you think is where you go. Practice more positivity. Smile more, laugh more. Get your mind right!

4. FAMILY
Do you have quality family time? Do you connect well with friends and family? Are there relationships that need attention and/or repair?

5. PROFESSIONAL
Are you happy in your profession (or retirement)? Are you accomplishing what you want? Is your profession a good fit for your talents?
