Always Improve

Sep 21, 2022

Our Core Value for September is always improve! It can become easy to become complacent with the status quo, or feel demotivated to make changes and try something different. I have mentioned before that the "best" type of exercise is the one that you enjoy doing. This still rings true! The modality of exercise that brings you the most joy and satisfaction will be the one with the most longevity.

However, in the interest of always improving, you can always try something new or out of your comfort zone. Not only will this add variety to your workout routine, it might be something you didn't know you would enjoy, and help supplement and enhance your current routine.

For example, if strength training is your go to, considering attending one of our classes focused more on Cardio! Strength training is vital to overall stamina and energy, but your cardiovascular health should not be overlooked.

If Tennis is your main squeeze, consider adding a well-rounded strength training program to help avoid injury and augment your skills! A class like Performance is focused almost exclusively on making you a stronger and balanced athlete, and would be a perfect accessory to your cardio.

If group fitness is not your favorite, consider meeting with one of our trainers to assist in broadening your exercise program.

Who knows, you may end up liking it!

As we approach the Fall and the weather becomes "Full Bellingham," you might find yourself wanting to get your workouts inside.

For the month of September, anyone can try an unlimited amount of classes (Excluding Cardio Tennis) with our Passport Program. Not only do you get to try an array of new classes, but you will be entered in a drawing to win a BTTC gift card!

If you have any questions about a class or program that might be right for you, feel free to ask one of us and we will do our best to point you in the right direction. [email protected]
