Or maybe I should say Winter...We had a great two weeks of Fall!

 

It's that lovely time of year where we get to retreat indoors, and appreciate the comforts of warm sweaters and hot drinks.

It is also the time that many of us take our workouts inside! We have plenty of classes to keep you all entertained and worked out.

 

For those of you that would like to maintain or gain strength with structured workouts over 4 weeks, Performance is a great option.

 

If you prefer a more loose program filled with variety, focusing on both cardio and strength training, BodyCon is great for that.

 

Cardio Cycle Junkie but too cold outside? Come to a RIDE class!

 

If you want an express class to really challenge your threshold, come to one of our HIIT classes, only 45 minutes long.

 

Like to slow down and breathe? Come to Yoga!

 

And for a different workout entirely, come to our TRX class, utilizing the TRX straps and your own bodyweight to provide the resistance.

 

Point being, there's lots of options to keep you busy indoors when the weather isn't exactly...temperate.

If you prefer a solo workout, but not sure where to start, either Connor or myself would be happy to work with you!

 

If there are any unused Personal Training Sessions on your account feel free to check in with one of us in order to extend your expiration dates and put them to use.

 

We want to do our best to ensure you stay active and happy during the Winter season.
