· Share a hot cocoa (or a hot toddy!) with a friend you’ve been meaning to catch up with
· Practice self-care with a massage or take a yoga class
· Write a Holiday card or two with a real letter to a longtime friend
· Participate in the lighted bike parade on 12/10 starting 4:30 at Hillcrest Chapel or Downtown Market Depot
· Sing a Holiday Carol – no matter how much you love or hate your voice
And don’t forget about the importance of your own health. The holidays are a time to stick to your exercise routine, so you don’t fall under the mountain of holiday special foods and drinks.
Get plenty of exercise, practice mind body awareness with a massage or a yoga class, give a hug and a kiss to your loved ones.
We wish you very happy holidays and look forward to being a part of your healthy life now and in the new year.
