Greetings all!
I hope everyone is enjoying the sunshine that finally decided to arrive, and we can bask in the restorative rays.
The theme for this month is "Build Confidence." I wanted to touch on that in regards to our lovely Fitness Department!
As you all know, in addition to our fabulous tennis facility, we offer various classes and Personal Training. I have mentioned before that the best kind of workout is the one that you love or enjoy doing. If you prefer to exercise on your own, create your own adventure, or play tennis, that's awesome!
If you are someone that is on the fence about group classes, or intimidated by a gym environment, there is an option for you! Our Fitness team is fully equipped and happy to make sure that every single member feels comfortable, safe, and welcome.
All of our classes are typically no larger than 10 people, enabling the instructors to devote adequate attention to each individual. Our classes are inclusive, non-intimidating, and customizable for all fitness levels. We do our best to help you to feel empowered, capable, and strong. There are modifications or other options for every exercise, and you will always feel welcome and cared for. If you are considering taking a class but feel at all trepidatious, I urge you to take this as a sign to try one out! We are super nice, I promise.

We can work with you to help you feel your best and most confident while navigating the equipment. If you prefer to workout solo but not sure where to start, we can help. We are available to meet, discuss your goals, and craft a workout that addresses them head on.
All of the staff at BTTC is here for you, to help you feel the most at ease, and therefore able to utilize the gym with confidence and direction. We hope to be a safe space where you come to relax, exercise, shut off, and socialize. And have fun!
