The Breath. Taking a deep breath has always helped me think clearly, conquer my fears, prepare, or stay calm. Here is my advice during the busy Holiday season, slow down, take a deep breath and enjoy!

Have you ever noticed how you breathe when you feel relaxed? Breathing exercises can help because they make your body feel like it does when you are already relaxed.

Deep breathing is one of the best ways to lower stress in the body. When you breathe deeply, it sends a message to your brain to calm down. The brain then sends this message to your body.

Belly breathing is something I use and is easy to learn.
