BTTC has various types of equipment available for you. Do you know which piece of equipment is the least utilized? That would be our Looped Pull Up Assistance bands! |
Most people associate these bands as an application for them to help, you guessed it, perform a traditional pull up or chin up. |

Now don’t get me wrong, they’re a great option for if you need a little help pulling yourself up into a pull up/chin up, but they have a lot more to offer than just that simple application. |
Whether you want to use them for your lower body, upper body and even your core, these bands offer a plethora of different movement and exercise options to work a multitude of different muscles. |
